Burn Free dressings are sterile and come packed in a foil pouch. Inside the pouch is a soft, open-cell flexible foam dressing that is elastic enough to accommodate swelling or the need to flex joints. The foam dressing is saturated with a cooling hydrogel that is odorless. This hydrogel does not contain lidocaine or tea tree oil.
